Miles Canyon is a Canadian country artist and accomplished songwriter whose music is rooted in raw honesty, powerful storytelling, and a lifetime of performance. Now based in Alberta after years of musical success in Saskatchewan, Canyon has quickly become a standout voice in the Canadian country music scene.

 

With hundreds of songwriting credits and countless performances across the country, Miles Canyon has earned a reputation as a passionate, versatile artist with a commanding stage presence. His journey into country music began as a side project alongside his long-standing band, which has been recording and touring for over a decade. While his songwriting spans multiple genres, it was the grit, truth, and emotional pull of country music that ultimately drew him in and inspired him to pursue it full time.

 

Since relocating to Alberta, Canyon has gained significant momentum, turning heads with his powerful vocals and genre-blending approach to modern country. His live performances are frequently described as electric, authentic, and unforgettable—cementing his status as a must-see act on the country circuit.

 

Miles Canyon has performed at a wide range of prestigious showcases and events, including Country Thunder, the Saskatchewan Country Music Awards, the Canadian Country Music Awards, Country Music Alberta, The JUNOs, the Canadian Finals Rodeo, and Diamonds in the Rough.

 

His second release, “Record Shelf,” earned a nomination for Songwriter of the Year at the YYC Music Awards and reached the Top 10 on the Canadian Independent Country Charts. His third release, “Roaches and Willie,” garnered recognition from the legend himself, Willie Nelson, and went on to claim the Number One spot on the Canadian Independent Country Charts.

 

Most recently, Miles Canyon was nominated for Professional Artist of the Year at the AMNA Awards—further solidifying his growing influence and dedication to his craft.
